Creating images comes directly from the bottom of my soul. So, instinctively I followed the path of Fine Arts of the University of the Creative Arts in London right after finishing school.
Returning to Greece, I tried experimenting on short courses on silver and gold jewellery crafting and illustration when I understood that the most effective way to express myself is through making clothes that narrate a story.
It was this period when Fashion Workshop by Vicky Kaya opened its doors to the Greek fashion lovers, so I applied and gained a scholarship. To my mind, fashion has never been the trendy top styled with the fashion It bag of the season.
Our course co-ordinator Nicholas Georgiou and the director Vicky Kaya saw something in me and my skills were recognized, helping me to adapt my personality to the difficult world of fashion.
Then, I became a member of the design team and Studio manager of the up-and-coming brand SOMF, simultaneously co-operating up until now with the Fashion editor Michalis Pantos in a wide range of projects such as L’Oreal campaigns, Madwalk, Fashion editorials, Video Clips and also working as a junior fashion editor for Hope magazine.
